- Parsley
Parsley is one of the easiest herbs to grow because it is quite hard. It’s also easy to harvest and will keep growing again. So a pot of parsley can give you at least 12 months of fresh parsley.
How to plant: You can grow parsley from seed in a pot or in the garden in autumn or spring, preferably in a sunny spot. Parsley prefers moist soil and if you see yellowish leaves add some fertilizer in winter to boost nutrients.

Peppermint is a very easy herb to grow and will grow very quickly. Using fresh mint in cooking can help a person add fresh flavor while reducing their sodium and sugar intake.
How to plant: It is best to plant them in a large container so that they can be spread out. Just a little water and suitable for either sun or shade, you will have fresh mint leaves ready for your cooking.

Another herb of the mint family, rosemary is fragrant and is often used as a culinary spice, as a fragrance for the body and for its potential health benefits.
How to plant: Rosemary can be grown in large buckets or pots under full sun. It will survive primarily on rainwater and may last for a number of years. You can also make use of your rosemary plants as a hedge as it can grow quite wide and tall.

Sage is also a peppermint family herb, it is a staple spice in various cuisines around the world. Sage has a strong aroma and earthy flavor, which is why it is often used in small amounts.
How to plant: Suitable sage is grown in full sun, on well-drained soil as it will not tolerate sitting in wet soil. In the garden, plant near rosemary, cabbage, and carrots, but keep sage away from cucumbers.
